Before I recommend a diet plan to anyone, I carefully understand the eating habits and daily routine of the person and then set realistic goals and accordingly a workable plan.

I have had men, women and even children coming to me looking for drastic weight loss diet plans and yet at the same time gain muscle and strength. It is not sustainable and sooner or later the body definitely starts giving up. It then in most cases have a ricocheting effect and they gain weight rather than losing it.

I, hence do not recommend deprivation or starvation or for that matter any kind of pills for weight loss management.
