According to me, our bodies are asking for something more than weight loss, and that something is the transformation of our mindset. A body full of positivity and mental strength can fight every disease and will always stand by our side. To get that, we need to make small yet conscious changes in our everyday life and understand what our bodies is asking for. Unfortunately, I didn’t have this guidance during the early part of my life and even during pregnancy, but with time, I transformed myself by studying how things work. Now I am trying to share with others around, the understanding that I’ve developed through experience. I’m here to power them up for their everyday routines and beyond.

Dear Ruchita and Priyanshi.. Thank you for making the impossible happen for me. I have struggled with weight-loss for quiet sometime. Struggled, got demotivated,gave up. The vicious cycle. Thank you for setting the fundas straight. Thank you for making me a diet plan that never felt like a diet plan. It was that easy to follow. I am at the end of it, and i must say, i am going to miss having a plan for the week. I started with a whopping 66 kgs with you. In the beginning of feb. I am at 60.4 today. Without giving up on my beloved rice. 😊. Thank you guys.

There are so many times that I have tried and failed continuously to lose weight. But it was not possible for me to do it without a guide. My weight was super stuck and tried everything like eating dinner very early, intermittent fasting, eating less , skipping dinner and drinking just milk in dinner but nothing worked. Only thing worked was your diet plan and your valuable advice during my weight loss journey. I have lost 7 kg for which I am very happy and really grateful. Yes, everyone who get with u will surely have results mam as i did ..... I almost lost 3 kgs in around 22 days with a proper diet chart .... I got to know that mindful eating is more important in this journey... Thank you for giving motivation and letting us know how to have a control of mindful eating.

Hi all my dear frenz, today I want to share my biggest learning from this 28 days journey.. the best thing I learnt is Mindful eating.. this concept helped me a lot and added 120% to my fat/inch loss journey. Ruchita ma'am once said that if you are not burning your calories due to some physical/health issues, you need not to consume the calories count as you used to do it in a regular day.. this statement made a big hit on my mind and I followed it. Trust me, it worked like a magic for me.. i was in Canada for last 2 months and I joined 31st October batch. I followed my diet plan rigorously for 3 weeks and then I had to stop following it. This way I lost almost 3 kgs(4kg down in 3 weeks and 1kg up in last week) in 28 days.. it again hitted my mind and I reminded myself of Mindful eating.. since I was about to leave Canada, my husband planned few lunch/dinners for myself.. few of our frenz wanted to meet me before I left Canada.. now I had to have some food and I drinks with them.. now without disappointing anyone I went out and had food outside.. also , due to lack of resources sometimes out there in foreign land, I managed to choose my eatables mindfully.. I used to order soup, Thai salads, paneer Tikka, chaap Tikka.. rather than taking the food which is actually not good for me.. best part is that yesterday when I was in flight I did not eat all the food served by them.. I had chosen the quantity and the options among them as per my body's requirement.. and I end up feeling proud and happy.. while going to Canada, I didneat all the food served so that it should not get wasted.. this time I thought let it go in the garbage then making your own body a garbage.. it helped me a lot.. I shed off 1 kg in last 10 days even though my diet plan was over. Today Ruchita ma'am asked me if I want to join or not(acc to her I think I could follow it myself) but I opted to continue with her.. coz she gives us a lot of motivation and courage to do the stuff for ourself.. the best part is, we can feed with this food to all our family members.. since this is not weird.. during my last diet plan with another Dietitian, the taste used to be weird.. you always give healthy options which can be followed throughout our life..

Hi everyone This is the only one person Ruchita Mam.I met in this universe who taught me to love myself We here r wasting our time loving others what we not get from any1 . As one is ill no one tc just they asked how r u n never bothered. As By loving our self we take care of our overall health we start n think n eat peacefully. Thanx 2 ruchita n priyanshi who takes care of me like a small child teaching what, when n how 2 eat in a correct manner. In 28 days they changed my bad eating habits., my acid reflux my weight loss n inserted posivity in my life .. Love u The best dietitian or sister who was available for me. I will recommend everyone n who wannt peaceful n healthy life

If you want to change your health and ur life in a very better way, then u should go to Ruchita mam .. she's a wonderful person with her knowledge and guidance am changing my life both physically and mentally strong and healthy.. I was suffering from anxiety depression from years bcs of that i was losing my health day by day and became obese with various health issues .. then I have decided i must do something to save myself from being unhealthy and lost person.
